Bio Having been miraculously transported across the span of 103 years, I, William Randolph Mondgomery of New York City, New York, find myself living in the year 2006 A.D. Completely unaccostomed to life in the twenty-first century, I have taken up residence with a generous young man of approximately my age named Everett Patterson, a student of History at Columbia University. In the journal set before you, I hope to chronicle the various adventures and misadventures of my extraordinary visit. But perhaps I exhibit unwarranted optimism in calling my chronological displacement a "visit," for at the moment, I understand neither the manner in which I came here, nor the means by which I might return to my home in the year 1903.
